• Chicken thighs with a five spice glaze. (can be gf / df)
• Green curry on basmati rice (chicken or beef)(gf, df)

- Date of function (ONE MONTH notice is required for organising, quotes and correspondence)
- Type of function
- Type of food required or if needing a customised menu (One month is required for customised ie: weddings, functions requiring buffet and menus written)

- Time of event / pick up time
- If needing delivery or pick up
- Address for delivery
- Anything else you feel will help with us doing your catering
* If requiring a full service event, this will be priced separately to the catering cost.
Full service includes to cook onsite, setup, wait staff, clean up after the event and cake cutting (if needed)
